The hotel is pet-friendly with great outdoor space.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite disappointing. The dirty bed linens made it uncomfortable, and we had to request replacements. Additionally, the pool area was poorly lit at night, making it feel unsafe, and the noise from guests in neighboring rooms kept us up at night.

I loved the spacious queen studio with its full kitchen. The breakfast selection was impressive, with fresh options daily. Enjoyed late-night bites at nearby restaurants like the one open until 3am. Pro tip, try to request a room on the 6th floor for a quieter night's sleep.

The Queen Studio with Two Queen Beds was super spacious and comfy. Loved that it had a full kitchen since we were there for a bit, made it easier to eat in. The beds were cozy. I didn’t have to adjust at all. Everything was really clean too. Felt like home!

The hotel staff was exceptional—always with a smile and ready to help. Our room was spacious, equipped with a full kitchen, which made our long stay much more comfortable. We loved relaxing by the outdoor fire pit, enjoying the sunset while bonding with other guests.

my stay at towneplace suites was fantastic! the location was perfect, just a short drive to the galleria mall. the staff went above and beyond for my daughter's birthday with pink balloons and special surprises. the breakfast was superb too, with plenty of options to start the day.

my only mild critique would be that the layout of the building can lead to crowded elevators during busy times.

the kitchenette had all the essentials for meals. the air conditioning was too loud.
